  • As a highly experienced business owner with a passion for whole person wellness, Shannon works to make a difference in her hometown of Portland, Oregon in behavioral health and wellness services. This United States Marine, Trauma Specialist and Family Psychotherapist brings innovative services that impact the community and raises awareness for improved treatment nationwide. She has worked as a consultant for several of Portland’s leading behavioral health organizations. Shannon’s public speaking expertise continues to afford her the opportunity to speak in large arenas on such topics as Women Leadership, Organizational Trauma and Health and Wellness.

  • Juanita has worked in Corporate America for over 16 years and was in the Ministry for 30 years, coaching, mentoring, and managing people and processes. She had family that struggled with Behavioral Health concerns for several years, so assisting others to regain productive, meaningful lives is important to her. She’s found Oregon Change Clinic to be the right place for her.

Operations Manager

  • Rob obtained his M.A. in human services in 2015. Additionally, he has QMHP, CADC II, and CRM. He identifies as a person in long-term recovery. With this knowledge, he has worked in the recovery field for years helping individuals become the best version of themselves. As the Clinical Manager of OCC, he believes that everyone has an opportunity to change through the help and support of others. He aims to cultivate a kind, loving, and compassionate environment that leads individuals to amazing life transformations.

  • Tracy Jarlee is a QMHA and Executive Support to CEO Shannon Jones here at Oregon Change Clinic with 11yrs in non-profit and 9yrs in the private practice mental health setting serving primarily the African American community.

    A graduate of Temple University, Tracy specializes in operational strategizing, organizational integrity and sustainability, financial reporting, systems design and management, as well as direct client care.

    An avid hiker and road-tripper, Tracy enjoys spending time wherever people and nature are in abundance.

Naturopathic Doctor &

  • Mary found her way to OCC quite by happenstance in search of community and collaboration. She loves being able to utilize her training in natural medicine to benefit those on their personal journeys to recovery & wellness. At OCC she manages all things TMS, leads work parties at the community garden, and sees to it that everyone has the medical care that they need.

  • Dr. Phyllis D. Hursey has been a physician for more than 25 years. She went to Howard University College of Medicine to receive her Doctorate in medicine in 1989 and completed her residency in Family Medicine in 1992. She began her career in family medicine, though eventually realized she had a passion for both addiction and pain management. Dr. Hursey is a licensed prescriber for addiction treatment medications. She believes treatment for addiction should always be individualized and there is no “one size fits all” approach.

Medical Doctor

  • Dr. John Hardy is a Distinguished Graduate of the U. S. Air Force Academy, class of 1988, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree at the Oregon Health and Science University, graduating class of 1992. Dr. Hardy served on active duty in the Air Force for 14 years in various roles to include Family Physician-Flight Surgeon, Chief of the Medical Staff and Chief of Aerospace Medicine. Hardy is a diplomate of the American Board of Preventive Medicine, Addiction Medicine subspecialty.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

  • Dr. Johnsson was the first African American from the state of Oregon to serve as U.S Air Force Presidential Honor Guard at the White House for three U.S. Presidents. He received his Doctorate from Wesley Theological Seminary of Washington DC. Currently, he is the Vice President for OHSU and Adventist Health Mission and Community Integration.

    In 2018 he was awarded the 2018 Martin Luther King Junior Lifetime Achievement Award from the city of Portland for his community contributions.
